To participate in classes your child must become a member of the Tumble Tots UK club. Annual membership is £27. Membership provides personal insurance and you receive a members pack and discounts.
Membership is not required to attend a trial session.
Your booking is not confirmed until payment has been received. Paid for spaces will be given priority.
Classes are paid in a fixed block. Adjustments to fees cannot be made for classes you are unable to attend due to your own circumstances. Catch up classes are available within a term block by contacting us by text or on email. Spaces are limited for catch up in some classes and so we cannot always guarantee your first choice date will be available.
Please keep you personal contact details up to date on your C4Ks record especially email and emergency contact number.
You must declare all medical conditions during registration and keep us up-to-date should this change by emailing the franchise at hannah.wilkinson@tumbletots.com or changing your class for kids record.
You must declare if you do NOT want your child to be photographed for marketing use, and keep us up-to-date should this change by emailing hannah.wilkinson@tumbletots.com
You should refrain from bringing your child to class if they have had any form of illness within 36 hours of the class. Please contact us to check if you are unsure whether to attend or not.
Payments will be returned if a class has to be cancelled due to minimum numbers not being achieved or unforeseen circumstances occurring to the business.
If there are any sessions cancelled due to bad weather, TT Huddersfield & Sheffield will offer a make-up session or parents will be given a next term credit.
