Children and parents should be comfortably dressed for our classes (girls are better in leggings/trousers rather than a skirt) and children should have bare feet for the class. less
Once your child is just over 2, then they should be ready to tackle our next level, where classes are more structured. Children learn to listen to and follow instructions, interact with their peers, and move onto more challenging pieces of equipment. If your child is only just 2, then you may be better starting in the younger session.

If your child hasn't been before and you would like to take them along to try the class we offer a trial - it costs £9.75 for . This trial can start on any of the next 3 sessions.
